Additionally, in the past, to firmly fix the bracket to the beam and provide ample support for the desktop, we used to add two screws from the outer side of the bracket. Regrettably, this approach affected the aesthetics of the side of the electric stand up desk frame as the screw head was conspicuously exposed. However, as time progressed, we ingeniously began inserting the screws from the top of the bracket and beam. As a result, the screws are now neatly hidden between the table frame and the table board. Simultaneously, the bracket has also been refined from an inside-out shape to a more streamlined inside shape.

If the sections are too tight, the sit-stand desk will be unable to lift; conversely, if the sections are too loose, after a period of use, the friction plate in the column may unfortunately fall off, rendering the sit stand desk unable to lift as well.
The Improvements of Electric Stand up Desk Frame Components’ Quality
A client once voiced a complaint that the quality of the screws for the table top was almost disposable in nature. After a single use of an electric screwdriver for drilling, the screw head was noticeably worn out. We highly value all feedback and opinions from every client, because we firmly believe, have always believed, and will continue to believe that it is one of the most crucial elements that drives us to continuously progress.
Thus, we increased the hardness of the screws from less than 9.8 gigapascals to a more robust 10.9 gigapascals. We subjected the iron screws to cold extraction, heat treatment, and cooling processes, and then plated them with zinc with a thickness of 3 to 5 micrometers on the surface. Since then, not a single customer has reported such issues again.

1) Anti-Collision System Sensitivity
In terms of function, we have significantly improved the anti-collision sensing sensitivity of the height-adjustable table. Anti-collision sensing is an undeniably important function. If there is an obstacle that hinders the standing desk from rising or falling, it could potentially damage the height adjustable table or the objects surrounding it. Anti-collision sensors play a crucial role in preventing such problems from occurring.
Moreover, they can also effectively avoid potential safety risks. For instance, suppose a user is sitting on a chair and places his arms on the armrests of the chair while the tabletop is moving down. With the anti-collision detection in place, the user’s arms can be safely prevented from being pinched. We have enhanced the sensitivity from the original 3 levels to an impressive 8 levels, which is far more suitable for the diverse needs of different users.
2) Bluetooth Function
In addition, today’s height adjustable desks can be equipped with a highly advanced Bluetooth function. The state-of-the-art Bluetooth connection control components enable users to effortlessly control the rise up or down of the height adjustable desk and set adjustment schedules and reminders through an application on their mobile phones. This allows users to conveniently enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a height adjustable workspace and work in a smarter way.
